Talent Acquisition Internship

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals eager to kick-start their careers in talent acquisition and human resources. This 3 month internship at our Novi Sad office is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key recruitment and talent sourcing skills.

What You’ll Learn:

As a Sales Associate Intern, you’ll work closely with our business development team and gain valuable experience in:

Working alongside an experienced recruitment team
Building and maintaining a candidate database
Sourcing and reaching out to software engineers via LinkedIn
Screening resumes, pre-selecting candidates, and assisting in HR interviews
Posting job openings on local hiring platforms
Boosting employer branding through creative initiatives
Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Understanding the IT industry, software development trends, and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
No prior experience required—just a passion for sales and business development!
